You should still be able to flash both cards using the 1360 file you can download in the first post.

I flashed my card with the 1.3 update, but is it possible to get the earlier BIOS for my 01G-P3-1371-ER? GPU-Z told me it was 70.04.1B.00.70.

if the card is not listed  no ,If you try and it bricks your card(possible trying wrong bios on wrong GPU) you automatically void your warranty .Its that simple.

Awesome...now if only they would release a BIOS fix to correct this issue when resolution is set to 1920x1080:

From what I have read online Radeon (AMD/ATI) has release a VBIOS fix for their cards for this issue...but so far nVidia and EVGA are just ignoring it.  AWESOME!!!

i've downloaded 01G-P3-1373-XX - EVGA GeForce GTX 460 1024MB SuperClocked EE (External Exhaust)
when i try to run it from my windows 7 ultimate x64 (sp1) pc is freezes immediatly.
anyway to avoid it?

are you running anything in the background. Make sure to close everything down. I waould probably disable any virus scans as well. Is your video card overclocked right now. Not sure if that would matter but I would set your video card to default settings and see if that help. Make sure that your download was not corrupt and you downloaded the correct version for you card. Im sure you went through some of these but just double check. Does the program just freeze or is it a hardfreeze.(do you have to reboot your computer)Does the software say its not reponding or does it just it at install. Maybe UAC is interfering. Disable if enabled. Hope this helps some. im assuming you have just one video card in your system and arent running sli. Dont know if this will matter but check to make sure your onboard video is disabled in bios too and it not showing up in the device manager(If you have on board video)I dont think this would matter but you never know.I have a gtx 460 2win and I had to install a sli patch just for sli to work on the card for my second gpu. Sli meaning on the one card only not quad sli 2 seperate gtx 460 2win which is not possible right now. Just incase anyone was reading this post and wanted to comment about it.

it's a hardfreeze, all i can do is use the power on/off or reset button.the card is using factory settings. i've tested once more without av scanning. no luck. uac is off.  there are no known issues with w7 x64?

not that im aware of. Write a message to jacob on here the evga product manager and let him know of your issue. Maybe others are having the same problem with that driver. I would think windows 7 64 bit would be the best os system to use

removed 275.33 (uninstall and driver sweeper)
microsoft reinstalled 270.61 (windowsupdate)
tried it again and the update worked.
 
looks like 275.33 drivers are a bit flanky, crysis 2 hates them and this update failed.

Since  the model number is not listed it will not work or be warranty wise to use on your card.

the driver appears to work for me when I first install it. bt when i enable sli in the control panel it crashes my gtx 460 2win.

why on earth would you install and possibly void your warranty installing it ? It clearly states the FPB is only for the listed model numbers

This didn't work for me. I have a super super-clocked 768 mb version, and the model number matches with the super clocked fpb here. I did what the thread said - install, reboot, install the 275 update and overwrite the old 275 patch files. According to my evga precision, nothing in the gpu has changed. The only reason I can think of to why it might've failed is when I was installing it, it took like 10 seconds but it just closed after - no confirmation that it worked or failed - I'm not sure if that's normal. Any help is appreciated :)

Hi, i have a question, i have problems with GTX 460 Fermi 1GB It freez random, i can only restart computer, eaven freez in bios, if i change bios will help? how to check with one i should upgrade?

You need to call customer support first,bios would not be the first thing to address as the issue causing the "hard lock"
A Pc hard locking in Bios is a sure sign of a much different problem not your GPU,it could be anything from memory to bios settings.Sadly EVGA does not walk people threw setting up bios(of non EVGA products) but they may give you some hints .

But, when i install GTX 260 borowed from my firiend is ok, lots of people have the same problem with gtx 460, just type GTX 460 freez id google, and u will see, exaple, it freez during windows loading, so i think the VGA is the problem,
