(MODS: THIS IS A DUPLICATE THREAD, I WOULD PREFER TO KEEP THIS ONE AS THE OTHER ONE GOT WAY OFF TOPIC AND I KNOW A BIT BETTER HOW TO HANDLE IT NOW.)
(CAUTION: RESULTS MAY VARY, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK)
(ANOTHER CAUTION: THIS IS TO WORK WITH ME ONE ON ONE IN THIS FORUM OR IN CHAT OR EMAIL, YOU *CAN* DO IT ALONE BUT IF YOU DO THEN I'M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT MAY HAPPEN.)
(NOTE: THE SERVICES TWEAK IS JUST ONE THING, I AM PROVIDING THE MOST BASIC TWEAK FIRST, BUT I HAVE MANY OTHERS WHICH I AM WILLING TO SHARE. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO CREATE ONE FULL LIST OF TWEAKS, BUT INSTEAD TO WORK ON IT WITH ANYONE INDIVIDUALLY WHO WISHES TO.)
HERE, RIGHT OFF THE BAT. IS THE LIST OF MY SERVICES DISABLED. KEEP IN MIND I HAVEN'T UPDATED IT IN A WHILE, SO THERE ARE A FEW OBVIOUS THINGS ON THAT LIST YOU CAN DISABLE (WINDOWS UPDATE, VIRTUAL DRIVE, OBVIOUS THIRD PARTY SERVICES WHICH I HAVEN'T GOT AROUND TO DISABLING. I'LL TRY TO MAKE A COMPLETELY HONED LIST TOMORROW, DEPENDING ON THE DEMAND OF THIS. THIS ONE IS STILL PRETTY CLOSE TO THE REAL THING, THOUGH.)
OH, AND I SUPPOSE I WILL NOT CALL LISTS LISTS WHEN THEY ARE ACTUALLY LISTS REGARDLESS OF IF THEY ARE IMAGES AT ALL AND STILL ARE ACTUALLY LISTS. *SARCASM*
Here is the list (yes, list. an image of a list is still a list. If not, then, I suppose this isn't really a forum... it's actually my computer monitor, I better not call it a forum anymore, I better call it my computer monitor.)
So, here you go, everyone, I have pasted this here more properly on this Computer Monitor (or forum, for those not technically inclined) so that you can read it.)
HERE:

Ok, for a long time, months even.. I scoured the internet to find any and all services that could be disabled but still allow for gaming/internet/music/streaming(netflix, etc) to get the most out of my 750 ti (and now 1080)
And it took me a LONG time to learn which services can and cannot be disabled.
After much work, I finally know what every single service does (some more than others) and which can and should not be disabled by memory. Every single one, and I use Windows 10 Pro (which has more services than reg win 10)
I have noticed there is a severe lack of information regarding this on the internet, as.. there are a few websites here and there which tell you a "few" services you can disable, but not even close to all.
Now, I understand Black Viper may be the most complete of all of these... However, I do not understand how black viper's chart works. I could never understand where the suggestion regarding which can be turned on or turned off appeared. I think, possibly, Black Viper's chart is just a total explanation of each service. I don't think it has a total reccomendation chart geared toward Gaming.
Now, I'm not going to waste my time on this if nobody wants it, becuase I have it all in memory, so there's no need for me to write/keep a notepad of it anymore. The notepad (which is probably worth gold :)) that had all of this on it was formatted with my old computer. DIdn't mean to do that, but I since learned that I personally don't need that chart. I've messed with the services for so long that I have them all memorized now lol.
This and a few other windows tweaks can seriously get you over 50% more power on your computer, maybe even doubled.
Now, I'm only charging 500 dollars for my services. HAHAHAHA just kidding.
It's free.
But, you gotta let me know if you want to do this, just reply here. And I'll help you through disabling all the unnecessary crap without harming your computer even a single bit.
To note: You know task scheduler? Well, since my Windows 10 installs so fast (SSD)... I tried something, guys...
The last time I installed Windows 10... I went and I deleted EVERY single task in task scheduler. EVERY single one, and every single folder I could.
And guess what! No problems! I ended up keeping that version of Windows and that's what I'm on now. Runs much smoother without those hiccups, I hate to say but you don't need a SINGLE one of those tasks. Well, I didn't at least.
Now, some might say you can disable Task Scheduler, but I don't think that's possible in Win 10 actually.
Well, let me know if anyone wants some free info that took a lot of hard work!
