Frankly, I think this is a lot better model for the promotion, because it will ensure more consistantcy in those folding. Truth be told I burnt through my million in one month last promo and stopped folding. This new promotion will make sure I at least fold the whole year. Now I have to get used to thinking in PPM instead of PPD.

think they ought to make 250k a month 10 bucks, not as many will try for 250 if you get the same amount at 100k

Looking forward to the new promotion. I might need a 2nd video card to increase my points though. A new Fermi is on my list of things to get so we'll have to see how that card does with folding.

Personally, I'd up the ante even more and do: Points per month: EVGA bucks earned 100,000: 5 EVGA Bucks 250,000: 5 EVGA Bucks 500,000: 2 EVGA Bucks 1,000,000: 2 EVGA Bucks Giving up to 14 EVGA Bucks possible per month. Adding in the 500,000 and 1,000,000 milestones as 2 EVGA Bucks milestones per month too wouldn't be much either. It's the equivalant of a moderator awarding someone 2 BRs.

Well, I must say I like this setup for the EVGA Bucks better. Too many folks capped their 1mil and bolted IMHO, which really isn't supporting the company's primary effort in this. This will encourage more to stick with the team, or for some of the big folding farms, at least leave one folder dedicated to EVGA. It also gives folks incentives along the way, instead of three big chunks. Well, from what I gathered, EVGA doesn't outright dislike the CC, but they don't really care about it either. Their entire goal is to get people folding, and keep them folding throughout the year.
