The General Prize Winners page lists the order in which contestants select a prize from the pool.  So TheClassic gets first pick, then ana3mic, ect....

Does this apply to tanks Prize donation as well for example? he has a complete Board, Ram, CPU, Cooler as one package or does it have to split up.

It was donated as a package so it is a package prize.  Every potential prize is on a separate line.
