Fliping the EVGA main LED on gtx 1080 FTW

So i recently got the Gtx 1080 FTW and I have the corsair 600c inverse atx case, so the evga geforce led is upside down for me, so i wanted to flip it so it that it is correctly positioned for me, so i wanted to know if there is a way in which this can be done and if so will it void my warranty?

    No, I don't think that can be done. The shroud comes off in one piece, so you could not just flip the LEDs.

    I am talking about the black part which has "EVGA GEFORCE 1080 FTW" written on it. It looks like it's been secured with a L screw and glue.

    You could try to find any video or images from when someone has disassembled it and maybe see more clearly how it looks and if it seems possible.

    Not able to find it at the moment, but there was a post about this from someone in one of the uneven LED posts where they removed that panel and reapplied it.  If you are patient you may be able to find it.
     
    I can not speak for how that would affect any warranty, but if it did, it should only affect that piece as the operation of the card would be unchanged and you wouldn't have modified/damaged the PCB.  That means it is a do it at your risk.
