No idea how to fix this or what it means. I'm on a clean install of my OS following a GPU upgrade and never had this pop up before. In the bug reporting thread one user points to a solution that involves re-installing fonts but I have no idea what it meant by that. If it means re-installing all the OS fonts, how? I've never heard of needing or being able to do that and I'd rather not need to totally redo my OS install again. I tried PM'ing that user but so far no reply. Can anyone assist? am using version 5.2.3 on Windows 8.1.

Clean installed my system and it still happens. So my solution for now is MSI Afterburner. Does everything PrecisionX does, but no error messages on start.

Ho-ly crap you rule. Installed OC scanner and the issue is gone.

I've just encountered this problem this morning, followed this post

Go into Precision options and select the screenshot and OC Scanner folders. Precision gives that error message when the default folder doesn't exist.

, but I couldn't assign the screenshot folder.  In the settings, I've clicked "browse" to select a new folder that I created and clicked "OK", but when I close and reopen the program or restart the computer the path would be lost, and the error message "PrecisionX_x64 Folder "" does not exist, please check again" would again appear.
