Hi

I have now tried to run firestrike multiple times but it seams like there is something wrong after comparing with other scores on 3dmark.
My build is:
Asus formula vii (Watercooled)
I7 4790K OC to 4,6 (Watercooled)
EVGA gtx 980 sc acx SLI (Watercooled) GPU Clock-1367/Boost-1468/Memory-2001
G.Skill TridentX 16 gb 2400
samsung 840 Pro ssd

Edit: If you're reading this, it is wrong. Apparently it's because SLI isn't working in the benchmark.

    OLD POST
It isn't the video card, it's your CPU. It is severely underclocked.

    Intel Core i7-4790k
Reported Stock Core Clock: 4000 MHz
Maximum Turbo Core Clock: 815 MHz

That Turbo number should be higher than the stock clock. The turbo clock on an unaltered 4790k is 4400 MHz, so you screwed something up in your overclock, are drawing way too much power for your machine, or have some EPU settings locked in for energy savings or something.

    Here's what mine looks like:

    Intel Core i5-2500k
Reported Stock Core Clock: 3300 MHz
Maximum Turbo Core Clock: 4400 MHz

Change your comuter's power option to high performance mode. It looks like your in power saver mode or something.

SLI is not working properly.  It's only running a single GTX 980.  There's some issues with the new 970's and 980's not working properly in SLI.

His overclock is fine, you need to enable "high performance mode" in power option in control panel to get a proper reading on cpu frequency, otherwise it will report a low ~800MHz frequency reading.  His score is good for 4.4GHz Haswell.
The problem is its only detecting one card.  Take out one card and run fire strike again, and the score will be the same.

    Here's proof, 4770k @4.4GHz

One reports 800MHz and other 4398MHz, but notice the score is pretty much the same for physcis even with the 800MHz being reported as the boost clock.

    hi
    Thanks for helping me out

Well i followed your instructions and tried to reset my bios and change power settinngs in cotrol panel to performance.

And got a firemark score at 11852
Reported stock core clock 4.000 MHz
    Maximum turbo core clock4.397 MHz

But for some reason i does not detect my SLI Cards.
I have enabled SLI in NVIDIA control panel, and Precision X 16 detects the cards, and in game it also works but not when running firestrike.
I have tried to run Valley benchmark and it also works with SLI?

Any other options i can try ?

Are you 100% sure SLI works in games?  Try Crysis 3 with one card and then SLI with the same settings, same level, and monitor fps thru fraps, or MSI or EVGA precision. (Crysis 3 is one of the best games that scales in SLI, easiest to check).  I have a feeling SLI is not working.

I have now tried to run Crysis 3 first with SLI disabled in Nvidia controlpanel, and then with SLI enabled.
As you can see the FPS is almost 2x higher with SLI

Interesting. Never seen low reported cpu clocks like that. Also interesting that your SLI appears to be working in real scenarios but not Fire Strike. Might want to hit their forums to report the issue.
