I have both of these products and but do not know which cables go to which PSU. I know that most fully modular PSU are compatible with each other but I want to make sure. I tried using the EVGA website but I cannot understand the page they show you to check compatibility. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just to be clear a supernova 550 GA is compatible. Sorry for being bothersome I just want to make sure. I heard a rumor that some sata cable pinouts changed and weren't documented does that affect these PSU
