It wasn't an official transaction but a simple in-person swap. How can I submit an invoice for my RMA request?

    You need to make an invoice, register it, and upload the invoice you made.
     
    Invoice basics:
    Who bought what from who, on what date, and for what price?  The more pertinent details you know, the better.  Include model number and serial number.  Include your name, address, and phone number as well as whatever personal details you know about the seller.
