Hi,
 
I have just received my X17 and the mouse button does not work when scrolling. I have checked the EVGA Unleash software and it should be working. I can however click on the wheel and that works, just cannot scroll when trying to look further down a page.
 
Any ideas please?

    I am sorry to hear that your scroll wheel is not working for you.  There usually isn't a setting for this, so this would be recommended to be exchanged through the store or warranty.  Please register your product with us at: EVGA - EU - Support - Product Registration and then email the serial number and concern to our German office so that they can work with you on a solution.  SupportEU@EVGA.com   
     
    Alternatively, you may consider exchanging it with the place of purchase, if just purchased recently.

    The company I have bought it from agreed to refund all monies due thankfully. If EVGA cannot even turn out a mouse without issues and pass quality control then there is no hope, thankfully I have just had my time wasted and not my money on something more costly, will be the last of EVGA products for me.
