Hi everyone,
I got 2 evga gtx 970 (1 is SC, the other one is SSC), try to do a SLI but in nvidia control panel configuration, it said SLI is disabled.
Try with 3 different SLI bridges, uninstall nvidia drivers with DDU and install last one (378.66) and the problem remains the same (both graphic cards are recognized in windows).
Does someone got an idea how to solve the problem ?
I'm running on windows 10 (64bits)
Motherboard is asus Z97 pro gamer
1 SSD + 1 HDD
Power: corsair 750W plus gold

PS: Sorry for my bad english and thanks for the help you can bring to me

Only thing I can think of is there not compatible.

Either see if EVGA can help you or try looking for Different SLI program to try that.

That compatibility chart is terrible...  My FTW card is in the second column even though "FTW" is titled in the third set of cards.  970 SLI compatibility seems to be a mine field :/

Is your part number are not in the same column, they are not compatible. Ignore the one small typo in the header (ftw+) and just look at part numbers.

If you need help, post your part numbers and we can answer your question.

If they are not in the same column, email support@evga.com, and speak with them. Send both part numbers with serial numbers in the email, so they can assist you.

Also, make sure your cards are registered.

I just want to say thanks as well even though this isn't my thread, I honestly wasn't aware there would be compatibility problems between the different version.  I'm in the market for another 970 to top up my existing card, and this thread saved me what could have potentially been a real headache.

Good luck Lamdu19 I hope between the three cards you have access too, two of them will play nicely. :)

So weird.  I wonder if he had switched card positions, if that would have worked. I guess we will never know.

Sounds like a win-win, she gets a slightly newer version of her card, and you get your SLI :)

Was the SLI worth it?  I really wanna get another one lol
