thanks for the mail, I verified my shipping information already 10 times (no joke).
I already contacted Evga Eu support last week just to get a standart mail answer saying "just wait...but you actually don't need the thermal mod at all".
it seems that no one at Evga really cares about being not capable of delivering a small letter sized package to the customer.
I'm getting such packages many times a year from Germany and no one got lost, until now, it never took more than 10 days.
While it is true that this mod is optional, we are more than happy to assist with this request and I apologize if there have been any mixed messages from the team. Legacy-ZA
Thank you for your e-mail Garret, I neglected to add that they shipped on the 28th November 2016. Just to add; I put in my request on the 24th of October 2016. It's been more or less 3 months now to get this resolved. Is there no way to expedite this issue for us that are still struggling to get them?
We should have been able to ship them all by the end of November (at least the initial backordered requests) but I can see a few other people that shipped on 28/11 that seem to be missing them as well so I wonder if there was a mixup at the post office.

I'm glad RMAs work so great for you but don't forget that not the whole world resides within the USA.
for RMA from my country I have to pay the shipping to Germany and I have to pay custom fee for the replacement card (%18-20).
yes I know it's not yours or Evga's problem but it is my problem and I'd have to deal with it.
so please think twice prior generalizing your local situation and experience. 
Yeah? The whole world is not in Turkey either. If my post didn't apply to you then move on. I'll relate whatever situation or experience I want. Hint... It will probably be the situation or experience I had. For you to suggest I shouldn't relay it because I am in the USA and your not is ludicrous. Been on shipped status since Nov 2nd. Have been in contact with EVGA support over the last 4 weeks, starting 4 weeks after shipment, making 8 weeks total today. Still no show. The initial response asked that I please wait at least an additional 2 weeks before contacting them again. Nothing came. Contacted them again. The last response from EVGA requested I verify my address. I was out of town for a bit so replied to them today. Will see what happens next. I also double checked the address on the mod form that I filled in and it is correct.
Living just outside of Toronto, Canada (about 1.5hrs from Buffalo, NY).

Hello Garrett; I have sent you an email, but in case you don't receive it: I would just like to update you; I just received my thermal pads, I truly thank you for sending this to me via courier, I really appreciate it. ^_^ Despite this whole ordeal, I will definitely buy EVGA again in the future, at least you care about your customers after the initial purchase. I am going to install them straight away, it's currently a toasty ambient of 33 degrees Celsius right now, I am going to take some pre-mod thermals as well as post-mod thermals and will post back. :) Thank you again and have a great day. :) *Edit* Thermals: Pre-Mod: 70 Degrees Celsius Fan Speed 80% Core Clock - 1925 Memory +0 Post-Mod: 68 Degrees Celsius Fan Speed 55% Core Clock - 2050 Memory +400 Yep, I am happy now. Hi. I requested pads 10.25.16. Today, if i`m not mistaken, 01.05.17. In my profile i see "Request Shipped 11/28/2016 (Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery)." EVGA, please, check my request. Maybe it contains some mistakes , but in order autoreply message everything (address\country, etc.) is correct. Thanks.

Got home tonight and my pads were there! Re-shipped Jan 3rd, so just less than 2 weeks. No idea what happened to the ones allegedly sent on Nov 2nd (almost 11 weeks ago), like the mod status is showing.
Anyway, got them! :-)
