I enabled everything on startup and after I rebooted I got the following error message.

nvspcap64.dll startup error

And the newest NVIDIA drivers still never worked even now. I might reformat Windows 10 again...............

You're running some sort of theme patcher right? I didn't catch that earlier. Which one is it? That could actually cause a problem.

I'm running all at once Stardock's Start10, Windows 10 blinds and Icon Packager.

Have you tried disabling those before trying to install the drivers?  The other thing that might work is running the PhysX installer to remove PhysX manually then do a normal driver install. That has caused issues because the Windows driver doesn't install PhysX.

Posting "I'm running all at once Stardock's Start10, Windows 10 blinds and Icon Packager." in your first post would have help users help you a lot faster.
Start10: Software from Stardock Corporation
Remember that the NVIDIA Driver integrates with Desktop and Explorer. Start10 is know to cause this kind of problem.

It is same about disabling your Virus software before you install the Driver.

Update: I tried again reinstalling the latest NVIDIA drivers only to fail. Next, I was able to clear the error code nvspcap64.dll startup I simply typed in msconfig and went to the startup tab and disabled nvspcap64. Also I think another root of this problem could be related to a 3rd party utility app called Driver Booster v4.2 It did it's job and provide the newest NVIDIA driver version but it may in terms also effect installing stand alone drivers since it wants to be the all-in-one command center for all hardware driver related software. Anyway all problems resolved and no reformat was needed. It's kind of cool that I found away to fix it without any help and in the way I did it. Knowledge is power!

Yes, somehow your driver install is corrupt. That is a GeForce experience component.  I assume your driver installs are still failing so this is a work around?

Yes, total work around due to fresh driver and newest driver failed install attempts. NVIDIA's software developers need to focus more on AI car bots and less video cards...lol! In addition to this post what does NVIDIA's Optimize for Compute Performance do?

Well, if you hover over the selection in the control panel it says...This setting allows you too....
You've got something borked in Windows. It's not the drivers fault. Most of us had had this or something similar in past. Once I started keeping everything but the bare essentials off the OS drive, a redo is much less painful. Though, it has been awhile since I was 'forced' into a clean OS install.

Exactly, Once the OS gets really crapped out I will reinstall Windows 10 Pro x64 It running good. The performance of the newest drivers still perform like crap in DOOM.
