Verified 960 PRO works and boots on classified board in the integrated MB slot at PCIE 2.0 speeds (1600/1600ish) For PCIE 3.0 max speeds you will need a card.

Any suggestions on the PCIe adapter as this one from amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N78XZCH/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 will not pass the 960 pro through for windows install. I have it installed to the on-board m.2 and it is working but will be using this with database so want full speeds.
