If I play for about 15-20 minutes the monitors go black and I get the debug code of 57 CPU mismatch & 58 CPU self test failed or possible CPU cache error.
This is a new build and I am really not sure what to do. I am running Bios 2.02
Not sure if this is a CPU, RAM or motherboard issue. I can run benchmarks with no problem. I guess because they don't last as long as a game.
I've checked voltages with a volt meter and all stay steady at 5 and 12 volts.

We need some more details. What settings did you change in the BIOS to get to your current settings? Is your memory using an XMP profile? If so, does it change the Bclk from the stock 100 mhz?

If I use the stock bios settings and only change the boot to UEFI it does it.
And if I set the memory to the XMP profile with my 4.4 GHz overclock it does it.
I also switched to the B bios and just set the the boot to UEFI and left everything else alone and the game would stutter periodically and then after about 4 times it finally black screened but this time the debug read 39 and I can't find a code for that.
Is that sufficient or do you need every setting? I can switch back to the A bios and get the settings. But mostly just adjusted multiplier added some voltage and set my ram at the XMP profile. I can run Intel Burn all night with no issue but a game kicks it's butt.

Are you sure those codes are not just the CPU temp and you're getting GPU driver resets or error? What errors are showing in event viewer?

Ok, The CPU temp makes sense now that you mention it...

And I have no idea where to begin on the event viewer I have been googling trying to figure out what to look at. There is a ton of stuff under administrative events but Applications and Services Logs are empty.

Okay if you go into event viewer,  you should see 'Custom Views' and under that, 'Administrative Events' which should show you all the recent warnings and error events. https://www.howtogeek.com/school/using-windows-admin-tools-like-a-pro/lesson3/ Also, in the Control Panel, there is 'Security and Maintenance'. There you can use the Maintenance section and check the 'Reliability History'. This should also show errors and the source.

Well, I think I got it fixed. The only major part I didn't replace with my new build was the power supply.
So I went to Microcenter and picked up an EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 G2 and played all night with no issues whatsoever.
I have never had any issues with the old PSU and at one point ran 4 GTX 680s so I never thought it would be the issue.
But after 6 years of good use I guess it was time to replace...

Interesting.  Did you have the PCI-e supplementary power connected at the time during those issues since you have a multi-GPU setup?  Could have been the cause and the reason it works with the beefier 1600.

Yeah, His help was much appreciated.
One of the reasons I purchased an EVGA PSU. EVGA owes him a sales commission!
