Then u guys will love this dish. Garlic chicken with garlic mashed potatoes in a lemon garlic gravy. I go for the healthiest approach possible altho the garlic ruins that. This is the tastiest dish ever that i am drooling as i type all this on my phone.
Start thawing 2 organic chicken breasts, can buy these at costco. Peel about ten big red potatoes. Start boiling them in water and mash them when theyre done. Peel and cut up two bulbs of garlic (not tiny cloves and one bulb does not provide enough garlic flavor for those garlic lovers out there) into the smallest pieces possible cause we all love garlic, its so healthy. I used to buy the small sack of garlic at costco, the bulbs r consistent in size. Get the best olive oil u can and pour enough into a skillet set to medium- high, depends on how hot your burner gets. Fry that garlic just to where some pieces start to turn golden which usually starts at the outer edge. As soon as that happens dump the olive oil from the pan into the mashed potatoes, but not the garlic, and add salt until those garlic mashed potatoes taste awesome. Add more olive oil if theyre too dry. Now u have cooked garlic in a pan with a bit of left over olive oil, add a spoonful or two of organic white flour, and pour in half a container of organic chicken stock. Turn that burner up til it starts bubblin all the while mash up the garlic and flour with a fork. The amount of flour u put in controls the thickness of the gravy which thickens when the gravy heats up. Add one to two organic lemons depending on how much lemon flavor u want. Back to the chicken. When its thawed, cut it up into thin pieces. On a wide plate add the appropriate amount of organic white flour and one packet of Good Seasons italian salad dressing packet (dry ingredients). Mix it thoroughly into the flour. In a bowl u need two yolks from big organic chicken eggs that need to be scrambled to dip the chicken into. After a chicken piece is covered in egg, flip it around on the plate of flour and seasoning. Do that for all the chicken. In a big flat pan pour in plenty of canola oil and turn that up to high to fry your chicken. Fry them till they r golden brown on both sides. Tastiest chicken nuggests ever. Pull the pieces out of the pan and sit on a plate with a paper towel to remove the oil. Now in a big bowl grab your mashed potatoes and throw the chicken on top and cover it all in your lemon garlic gravy. Im so hungry, i wish i didnt care about my health to eat this. Oh and dont eat this u will hurt yourself from eating too high a dose of garlic.

I think last time it was man made lighting that killed us, last time dude brought this stuff up?  Or was it that 1000_Cal Big Mac with a 64oz Deit Coke?

Id put my money on too much screen time vs Garlic causing medical problems or behavioral problems like depression before I blame any kind of food!

Apply that to eating one specific ingredient at a specific large dose each time and symptoms strengthen. Followed by not eating it and symptoms fading. What u state simply cannot apply to symptoms caused by digesting a toxic dose of garlic. Right now im feeling better than i ever have. Not to mention i was viewing the danger of garlic the same way rjohnson does prior to increasing my daily dose of garlic to create symptoms that are noticeable. Plus having many people in my life warn me where i didnt listen and there are lots of people elsewhere online that have tried to make it known, including a famous doctor.

And if you have not noticed, nobody here cares....
