It looks like Microsoft has a lot more to do in regards to privacy protection. It will be interesting to see what Microsoft decides to do seeing as how they've been in hot water before with the EU.

All companies must comply with EU law to include Microsoft. Actually the EU is doing better than the USA at present. The EU has better laws regarding the employed, health, and welfare of its citizens.

The EU is doing better than the USA at present? Not sure where you're getting your information, mate. Italy, Spain, Portugal going through a severe recession and about to fold unless other western nations continually bail them out using resources siphoned from Eastern EU nations. What's the unemployment rate in Greece, now, like 40%??? Civil unrest, flooded by "refugees" receiving aid while the middle class pays, 10 terrorist attacks in France in 2016 ALONE. When was the last time anyone in the EU voted for any EU delegate? That's right, never, because they're all appointed. Yeah, the EU is a true model of perseverance and fairness. The only thing bothering the EU about user privacy is that the user has too much of it.
