EVGA warranty to Singapore and RMA process.

Hey, after reading through the forum there werent any clear answers as some threads were dated. So just to check with the EVGA guys, if i were to purchase an EVGA 1080 card directly from the EVGA website and had it shipped to Singapore, would my warranty still be covered? ( I saw that EVGA has an international warranty ). I would also like to know that if there happens to be any issues, where should i sent my card back to? Taiwan or US? 

*Side note: I just tried purchasing a 1080 from the shop and it does not ship to Singapore. If i purchase it from Amazon instead, would the RMA process be directly with EVGA(Which is the best) or Amazon?
