Yes you still need to look at this, the default I think in 110Gh/s and yours is showing only 28Gh/s
You have your cc_config.xml file set as shown below?
In the "ProgramData\BOINC\" Folder.

Sometimes you have to remove the Power to the R-Box to allow it to reset.
 
You did all this to correct?
 
 
sudo leafpad 50-group.rules
 
As root (sudo....) create a file in the directory /etc/udev/rules.d/ the filename is 50-group.rules, with the following content
 
# /etc/udev/rules.d/50-group.rules
SUBSYSTEM!="usb", GOTO="skip_rule"
ACTION=="add", GROUP="plugdev"
LABEL="skip_rule"
 
Then run
sudo service udev restart
Power Off your R-Box and restart your Pi and as your Pi is booting up turn the R-Box back on.
 
and in this file put in the IP address of your Pi
sudo leafpad /etc/boinc-client/remote-hosts.cfg
 
This too:
sudo usermod -a -G plugdev boinc

I have done all of those steps except restart the RBox.
I will start from the beginning later and double check everything.

My RPi has been crunching away on Universe, using all 4 cores.
Reserved one core for BU tasks and now the hashrate seems to be working properly.

They average about 10-15 hrs.
I tried a handful of Pi-compatible projects and Universe seemed to have shorter completion time and decent points per day, 1,300 or so.
 
After the first successful tasks with OC settings the RBox got hung up.
I reset it when I got home from work and it seems to be pumping out tasks in about 12 min. now.
So much better...it just needed a core freed up.

You could also turn down the overclock to 328 or eve 320.

I started running rock-freq 336 after I re-TIM'ed and added the heat sinks almost from day one.
Only once in a while do I have to suspend to project to power of the R-Box off and then back on after a lockup.
