I'm mainly making this thread so that somebody from Evga's support team will notice and hopefully help me out.
I got in contact with the EU support about me aborting my step-up on the 2nd of january. Got a reply the following day confirming and that they had forwarded it to the "Step-up Manager". Since then I've heard nothing, not even after asking again on the 11th. What's up? 16 days and counting for a PayPal-refund..
(FYI, have paid the step-up deposit for the differance between the gpu's, then chose to abort because of the extreme shipping expense on my part.)
