 Service in Europe accept an graphics card bought packaged in U.S.A?

    If you are the original owner I believe you can but the only thing I am unsure about is the length of time for the warranty under the transfer. To obtain this information contact the EU customer service department for EVGA. Your EVGA product must be registered.

    KR products (units with the PN ending in KR) would fall into under global transferable warranty which means that if you are the original owner, or you purchased it second hand, you can request RMA service within the appropriate period. Most cards fall into this group.
     
    For original ownership on products with warranties beyond 3 years, I would recommend registering them as soon as possible and uploading a copy of your purchase invoice so we can assist. Without an invoice they would be considered the same as a KR.
     
    Warranties less than one year are not transferable. For the original owner with a verifiable invoice, this should not be a problem regardless of your region but if you have any specific questions, please contact us directly at support@evga.com
