Just thought I would show off my modification to your mouse.  My favorite mouse of all time was Logitech's Mouseman, looked like a bear foot. It was a short mouse perfect for claw/fingertip mouse usage where you only use your fingers to move the mouse.   Well this modification to the Torq allows me that freedom!
 
What is great about this mouse is that the LED lighting in the back is not soldered in and can be removed from the ribbon slot.  This allows a clean cut.
