Can still buy it all over the place, but you won't find any pre-built rigs with W7 installed on them now (like Dell etc).

Nope, already mentioned, afaik, you can't buy pre-built systems (like Dell, Lenovo etc.) with W7 installed,but you can still buy a disc with OEM edition of W7 all over the place (Newegg, Amazon etc.).
