Hi there,

I was just wondering how long everyone else has been waiting/did wait before receiving their card. I registered in mid June and still haven't heard anything. In two weeks it'll have been half a year of waiting! Not trying to complain as it's a cheap upgrade but think it's a bit over the top waiting 6 months for a simple swap. BTW I'm in the UK so will be in the European queue I guess?

Cheers,
George

Same boat in the UK too, think I went in the queue around the 16th or so, almost exactly mid-June.

Depending on when it comes up I might just cancel and eat the loss on selling my stopgap-970 to go for a 1080Ti instead of they're landing in January as rumoured.

Still, not complaining either, 970 works just as well as it did before the 10x0 series launched.

The Hoorider, are you from the UK too? Or US as they have a faster queue I think?

And yeah Skarlen, personally don't need the upgrade badly, but got a 1440p 144hz monitor a couple weeks ago and obviously want to get as close to 144fps in games as possible, which the 980ti doesn't quite reach in some games. I'm probably going to just keep the card until the 1080ti comes out, or buy another 1080 and sli them :)

Forgot to add, I registered on the 19th, so let me know when you get your next step Skarlen, as I'll shortly follow with any luck!

Same, I've opened a new thread to ask when it has to be sent by due to the christmas holidays, looks like we won't have to send it until after christmas, which is good since I've got some time off and want my gpu still :P
