It seems to show them right but theres no way my 770 is doing 621304 ppd and the 980ti is doing 135675 ppd .I have reinstalled drivers fha client nothing seems to work . any help would be nice . I just can not remember how to put gpu's in using edit option . I would just delete them and add 1 at a time not sure that would even work . It could be the computers got them messed up not sure .

The folding client can mix up your cards.  It's nothing to worry about.

Can you post the beginning of you FAH Log with the System info.

Here is mine with two GPUs (980 Ti and 1070) and as you can see it also shows a third GPU - GPU 0: UNSUPPORTED: NV3 [PCI], which seems to be an error when you have a Pascal card.
When you have two (non Pascal) GPUs, I don't think you'll see this "third" GPU in your System info, but I just want to be sure.
If you just have two GPUs in your System info I can post how to manually set your GPUs correctly.

My System info (I've used "code" tags):

Re: Fha is messing up my gpu's 2016/10/21 13:49:24 (permalink)
Dutchforce what I am trying to do is run my monitors on a 560ti its in slot 1 on motherboard in slot 2 is 770 hydro slot 3 is the 980ti I would drop it to slot 4 on MB but PS is in the way so its in the x4 pci slot not the x8 .when I reinstall fha it puts 770 in #00slot , 560ti in #01 and 980ti in #02 .I delete #01 because I do not want to or can fold on 560ti it over heats . Then I restart fha and 560ti is back and 980ti is gone if I just let it run fha thinks 770 is the 980 and vise versa .Heres the log before I delete 01.
Device manager has them in the right order EVGA percison has them in wrong order it has the 980 where 770 is .MSI afterburner has them in right order fha has them in wrong order 560 and 770 are back words . In other words trying to use 3 different cards kind of sucks

Re: Fha is messing up my gpu's 2016/10/21 14:19:58 (permalink)
That is a little more complicated, but I hope I have it right with the next manual settings.
I assume GPU-Z (dropdown list) shows your GPUs in the right order, so first is 560Ti, second is 770 and third is 980Ti.

    With just two GPU slots:
    - "Finish" your WUs and after finishing set the slots to "Pause".
    - Go to Configure -> Slots tab.
    - Select the first gpu slot and click "Edit" (or double click the first slot).
    - Set the gpu-index = 0 ; opencl-index = 1 ; cuda-index = 1 ; and click "OK".
    - Select the second gpu slot and click "Edit".
    - Set the gpu-index = 2 ; opencl-index = 2 ; cuda-index = 2 ; and click "OK".
    - Then click "Save" and check your log to see if the GPU slots configuration is saved correctly.

Then I would close/quit the FAHClient and restart it again, just to be sure, and then you can unpause ("Fold") your GPUs and check if the GPUs are running correctly now.

BTW: I have used this guide on the Folding Forum: GPUs mixed up

    EDIT:
If Precision X is right (so only the 770 and 980Ti are mixed up) and GPU-Z (dropdown list) order also shows first is 980Ti, second is 560Ti and third is 770 then you should use the next settings:
    -     first gpu slot: gpu-index = 0 ; opencl-index = 2 ; cuda-index = 2
    - second gpu slot: gpu-index = 2 ; opencl-index = 0 ; cuda-index = 0

Dutch it did not work . The 980ti and the 560ti do not like each other or atleast the fha client dont . I moved the cards around a little best way they work is top 770 second 980 then the 560 . The fha client still thinks the 770 is the 980 but if I try and change the slot in fha the 560 takes the 980's spot .
Thanks for the time and trying to help . Think I will just leave it like I got it now tell after TZC . After the TZC i will be pulling the 560 back out then maybe it will work right .

Update had to pull the 560ti out was crashing the drivers . 770 and 980ti still think there the each other . I do not think there is a fix for it .
I think being on a back up PS is reason for driver crash 850 watt may not have the power to run 3 cards and my OC cpu . the 1300 watt is getting rma'd send it off Monday .

Update #2 got it fixed .Well had it fixed for about 5 minutes . fha dumped the wu on the 770 and its back the way it was . At least it did not dump both wu's .

Posted over at fha not that they will help with client 7.2.9 but have the same thing with newest client to tried it clean installs every time . heres my log to where it dumped the wu to change back . The change backs at the bottom .

I have 2 1070 SLI having some of the same issues. I'm pretty sure its a driver update issue, will there be a fix or will I have to convert back to the old driver in the mean time?

What Driver are you running? The last know good driver for Folding is 373.06.
The last TWO Drivers (375.63 & 375.57) are causing all Folding Task on the GPU to Fail.
375.57 was Pulled from NVIDIA's Website.

You should go back to Driver 373.06 even the new driver that came out today has Folding Issues Noted.

Update I had it fixed then it switched back to being messed up . So I fixed it by putting 980ti in TV computer or should say cruncher . But pulled the 470's out of it first . Down clocked the 980ti to what it should be 1300 MHz it was running at 1400 MHz it was failing a few wu's . 1400 MHz is a pretty good clock for not over clocking it
