I just received my card today and I am so grateful to have it before the weekend. Thank you all so much for your hard work.

I've been wondering. How does EVGA benefit from this? Or is this just a perk for your customers?

I know that this is a very subjective thing to say, but here goes.   Look around the internet at stores like Amazon, Newegg and some others.  Why is it that MSI, Asus, Gigabyte, Galaxy and other companies have items "In Stock" and EVGA is always out.  Because EVGA is the product that everyone wants.  The customer service reputation has spread far and wide over the years (it isn't an overnight success).  EVGA has always taken care of it's customers in a top shelf way.  Many are brand loyal, and are repeat customers, and now there are leagues of new customers for the company to enjoy.  The Step Up program was originally done by EVGA and a company called BFG, who gave it up some years ago.  Somehow, EVGA has figured out a way to make it work, where BFG ended up in financial distress.  Most of the products we return end up as B Stock or stock to replenish the RMA stock that they need to replace defective materials.  There is an operating loss doing this, but EVGA keeps it going.  For that, there are many of us, who have partaken, that are grateful!  EVGA FTW!!!!!

Absolutely well said  I have been buying EVGA products since my EVGA GeForce 6800 back in 2004...(wow..that long ago?)
I have never been treated unfairly. EVGA has, without a doubt the best customer service in the industry. I have been both in inside sales and Retail electronics over the years, and can say that
excellent customer service will keep customers coming back over and over. It is NOT easy to do. There are always obnoxious customers that will never be completely happy, and you have to deal with them as well.
EVGA has a winning strategy for customer service and they implement that strategy and practice every day.
Congratulations EVGA... I hope you are around for a long, long time.
