What's going on with the pricing on the EU mobos? A classified K Z170 is $209 so £158. But the euro price is €329 which is £280. How can there possibly be a £122 price hike?

What am I missing. Really like the look of a EVGA mobo and I've read their customer service is second to none.

After my awful experience with other customer services I'm really keen but that gap just seems too massive.

Any advice?

Not that I can see no import costs attached itsome just the set price. And no it isn't the same with any other boards.

    Hi Zanbanz,

Can you provide links to where you are looking so I can take a look?

    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hi Rob,

    Yes your main website.
The mark up is horrendous and I wanted to go EVGA because of the excellent customer support but I just couldn't justify an added price of £122.

I would have paid £170 or maybe even £190 but £280 is just too much.

I have bought a different board now but I just wanted EVGA to see you lose European custom with ridiculously high mark ups.

You don't do it to the same extent with graphics cards so why do you do it with motherboards.

    Anyway I appreciate your response.

    Thanks

    Hi Zanbanz,

Thanks for the information.  I'm sorry you had to go with another board.  I will pass along this information for pricing review.

    Thanks,
    Rob
