system dont load after GTX 750 ti acx instalation

hello everyone,
i just bought my new graphic card. I added it to my computer   but when i turn the computer on, nothing happens
i just see black screen and fans are running, everything is plugged correctly, the PCI-E 6pin cable from CPU to the graphic card etc.
i have Windows 10
 
please, can you give me any advice, whats wrong with my PC? this graphic card is PCI-E 2.x compatible, so i cant see any problems :(

edit: can be problem with my windows 10? cause i see BIOS upgrades for Windows 7 on HP support website, nothing for W8 or W10 there
