So I uninstalled presicionx, but i still see precisionxserver.exe and precisionxserver_x64.exe running in processes. I uninstalled and restarted the pc. Why is it still there?

What OS and Precision X version?..But anyway, delete the PrecisionX 16 or Precision XOC (whichever) folder that's in the Program Files (x86)\EVGA folder..You can just delete the EVGA folder if nothing else is in it..Reboot.

Might want to make sure the PrecisionX 16 or Precision XOC (whichever) task is removed from the Task Scheduler Library too..Manually delete it if not..Reboot.

    Roll from there.

Win 7. Precision x 16. Just did that, waiting for the virus scan to finish. Kind of weird that it didn't get uninstalled, though.

Do you know if it's part of MSI afterburner or CAM?

Yeah..If that don't do it, install it again and uninstall again through Programs and Features and deleting the PrecisionX 16 folder and reboot..Or if it's being a pain for some reason, install it again and try Revo Uninstaller to uninstall it in the Advanced mode which should remove all leftovers/traces of it, and reboot.

It's definitely not part of MSI Afterburner..CAM?

So I did have a virus, but that wasn't the problem. Seems that Evga uninstalls only the precisionx, not the server and it keeps the precision x server in the registry for start up on pc boot.
