    Hello dsaffd,

Welcome to the forums! I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with your product. There is some troubleshooting we can try to see if it solves the issue.

First, I would recommend doing a complete wipe of the drivers, using a piece of software called Display Driver Uninstaller aka DDU, which you can download from WagnardMobile.com. I would also suggest downloading the latest driver for your configuration from geforce.com and saving it to your desktop for ease of access.

When you run DDU, it will recommend running in safe mode, but this is normally not necessary, so you can just choose the normal launch option. You will need to select Nvidia from the drop down menu and then click "Clean and Restart". Once the computer reboots, you will need to run the Nvidia Driver Installer file that you downloaded earlier. When you run it, select "custom" under install method then click next and make sure to mark the check box that says "Perform Clean Installation", then click next to let the drivers install. Once the install has completed, reboot the computer to see if this resolves your issue.

If the driver clean and reinstall does not resolve the issue, I would recommend checking the voltages on your Power Supply in the BIOS, as a power issue could cause this type of behavior. This will be located under a menu called HARDWARE MONITOR, SYSTEM MONITOR, PC HEALTH, ECO or some other combination of those, depending on your particular motherboard and BIOS revision. You will be looking for the +12v value, which should be between 11.5 and 12.5v and should not be rapidly fluctuating .05v or more in either direction. If it is out of spec or fluctuating beyond the specified amount, it would indicate an issue with the power supply and I would recommend replacing it to see if your issue is resolved. Keep in mind that the voltage readings are taken at an idle state and may not indicate a more severe issue the power supply is having when being put under load.

If you're still having this issue and the power supply readings seem within spec, please contact our support team at (888)881-3842 or via email at Support@EVGA.com

Thank you David for a very quick response. I will do as you wrote, first clearing drivers by Display Driver Uninstaller. I begin to repair :) as instruction. See You soon

Does this issue occur on all outputs? Is your motherboard bios completely up to date? Make sure your pci-e slots are set to Gen3 mode instead of auto.

welcome back, This is what I was able to establish. I launched in safe mode, I cleaned the system by Display Driver Uninstaller program, I installed the latest drivers from the geforce.com, driver installation was already in the normal mode ( 372.90-desktop-win8-win7-64bit-international-whql ) and in the middle of installation, monitor changes resolution, I heard the sound change the resolution, the card launched fans and screen goes blank. Like no signal on the monitor,  each output is the same (DVI, d-sub, hdmi and mini-DisplayPort ) black screen. In the meantime card work I measured the voltage of the power supply. ( join the picture ,stable voltage is applied 12.16 volt ) [image]file:///C:/Users/aser/Desktop/IMG_2772.JPG[/image]
    My computer configuration:
    motherboard - Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe
    ddr- crucial balistix ddr3
    cpu - i7 2600
    powersuply-XFX 850Pro 80+ Gold

Sounds like the card has failed. Could you test the card in another system to verify?
