Hi, I've successfully opened an EAR #533216000701 for my card, but I haven't received confirmation for the request if is possible ship another model due to Thermal related issue in my build. Regards

Thanks all, I received today the replacement card. I have some issue for the reshipping of the previous, I haven't found any prepaid label or details.
The original mail said: "RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT/SHIPPING LABEL
1. EVGA does not accept drop-off or will call for RMA. 2. If you are not using the attached PDF label, please visibly note the RMA Number on multiple sides of the shipping box with a marker and ship your product to:
EVGA GmbH Am Haag 8 82166 Graefelfing Germany RMA# 533216000701"

Your Answer:Hello, I do apologize for any inconveniences and confusion. I have resent the instructions to ship back the original product with will contain the address to ship it to. Unfortunately you will be responsible to ship the product back to EVGA. You can use any method you like and any courier you like as long as the product is well protected with atleast 5cm of protection on all sides and shipped in a box. Regards, EVGA I'm very disappointed about this.
The statement says EAR have prepaid return label.

OK, was the RMA on the "prepaid label"? Why was it Returned to shipper, that is what did EVGA tell you?

Dear m4x1m4t0r, I looked up your shipment tracking information and according to what I can see this shows to have been delivered today. I am not showing that anyone refused your shipment, but instead I do see it saying returned to sender upon delivery. I can only assume that since we supplied this label, UPS has labeled the shipment this way upon delivery and unfortunately it is a bit confusing.
