How do I access files attached to support tickets?

Hi
 
I just got a reply from the support team with a new BIOS for my GTX 980 Ti.
 
But I simply don't know how to access the file attached to the ticket.
 
I'm in the "ONLINE SUPPORT CENTER" section BTW.
 
This was the answer I got in the support ticket:
