I recently just sent my graphics card in but I didn't see in the email saying that I had to print out the label that was in a pdf file because the instructions did not mention it. I did use the address listed but will this affect my product being accepted once it reaches the facility ?

As long as you printed the RMA # on the outside of the box and sent it to the same address you will be fine.

Well it didn't tell me to print it. It said "write the rma number on the outside of the box."

When I said printed I meant written. Sorry I didn't make that clear.

    Yes,

I can confirm that we just ask for the customer to write the RMA number on the box to help us with identifying the package and to assist with checking in the item if there is trouble reading the serial number on the product.

Please call or email us if you should have any additional questions or concerns.  1-888-881-3842 option 1 or by email at Support@EVGA.com

It's all fine now. The facility received the graphics card a few hours ago. Now I'm just waiting for processing and then for them to ship me the new one
