Cool GTX
That's a question best asked of other owners of your pump - check Mfg forums

Reasons for pump noise:

1) cavitation of pump

2) parts are rubbing

I found many people with the same kind of problem. There is a thread with 170 pages talking about it. It seems to be related to the voltage and some people recommend to connect the pump to a Fan header and use it at 90% of power to fix it. It could also mean that the AIO is dying... I am so disappointed about Corsair right now and I will never buy a Liquid CPU cooler from them! It last me a little bit more than 1 year...

You know that Corsair AIO water coolers all come with a 5 year warranty right?

In the US they do. However, I do not live there, I need to see if they offer the same guarantee here.

I live in Lima, Peru and god... I have a 1 year guarantee. So, I cannot change it by RMA. Ironically, most of the CPU coolers have 3 years of guarantee but mine for some reason has 1 year guarantee. So, I have two questions:

1) If it is possible that this problem is somehow damaging my CPU. I am completely sure it is still seal but the noise is annoying.
2) In the worst scenario, if I have to buy a new CPU cooler. Which one do you recommend me? I was thinking in the Cooler Nepton 240

I love EVGA and it is sad that they do not sell CPU coolers...

If your going to go AIO. I recommend EK predator series and swiftech H series. Closer to custom loop performance and expandable, refillable, and have replacement parts.

CaseLabs SM8 - X99 Classified - EVGA 1080ti - 5930k @ 4.5 - 32GB Hyper X predator - 480mm x2 and 360mm rads for super low fan speed and quiet operation- EK blocks and pump/res - All Bitspower black fittings - 1Tb samsung 850 evo 2tb total ssd space - EVGA 1300G2 - Predator X34 - Mayflower Objective 2 DAC/AMP - Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro - Sennheiser HD6xx - Mackie CR4 monitors

Those are more custom starter kits.  Not sure why they use the term AIO since they aren't 100% sealed off since they are expandable.

OP, its up to you if you want to stick with AIOs or go with a premium air cooler.

I doubt CPU cooler can damage CPU except if water somehow leak in socket.
On other ways no... When CPU is properly locked need extreme force to brake something or destroy.
Probably force of more than 15-20kg... I would go on these models...

EKWB Predator
Swiftech Prestige X2 280mm
CORSAIR H110i GT or GTX 280mm

Thank you Vlada001. Living in Peru is a big limitation because I cannot find everything here. I will probably have to go for the CORSAIR H110i GT which has a 3 years guarantee (Damn, I love the EKWB predator!). Even when I travel to the US it is kind of risky to get it there because I will not have any kind of guarantee once I am in Lima.

I live in similar country, I import everything. Now 1TB SSD cost in my country 380 euro, I find same for 250e.
CORSAIR H110i GT is good because it's very similar with EKWB and Swiftech for CPU, but it's not expandable.
I use my CORSAIR H100 4 years.

What do you think guys? Should I still send it back to RMA? Should I take the risk to clean it? Or should I use it without thinking about it?

I don't understand your issue. If the CPU has been performing as it should and continues to perform as it should, there is no problem. If the connections are pitted or burned, I would say you have a problem. I would find it hard to believe there is a damage to the CPU if the socket pins are not also damaged in manner able to be seen by you. If you dropped the CPU on top of a bed of nails and something is not jiving, yeah, RMA. That would be obvious though, since you would know you dropped it.
