Issue with Classified I/O panel tabs

Should I bend back  the Lan tabs on the I/O panel or just break them off? The tabs are in the way of the Lan plug.

    They should be bend back with the bracket installed, not in front.

    All tabs should be adjusted for any particular motherboard. I/O shield (unless its foam based) is always shipped flat. Otherwise it would be really easy to damage tabs during transport.
