I built the case not thinking to look for the serial number. Where is it on the case? It's heavy and don't want to disrupt the build trying to find it. Thought since I bought it through evgas site it was in the system already. #5

Awaiting my low profile extension to get here because the harddrive cage is in the way do to the right angle of the 3.0 usb connection. My K boost button immediately stopped working and none of the fam controls on the front of the case work anymore. I have attempted to install in safe mode, closing down all background processes and no luck. Anyone have any ideas or had a similar issue? update - fan controller is now completely dead and the lights arnt even coming on. Every single fan is now non functional and I am worried about even browsing the web on it. So far I am not having a great experience with this software as it appears that it literally bricked the entire fan controller. Hopefully someone can answer before my help ticket is answered. Any help would be appreciated, trying to keep the faith here. further edit - Jacob if you see this, its Will ( Molly's brother ) from Chino.
