296.10 won't install on windows 10. You'll need windows 7 for that. It's very possible the latest nvidia drivers are blocking the device detection. It's also possible that the update.exe doesn't contain your video card, however, I think it does since it worked for conkal in post #3/#5.

I'm having a lot of problems with the temperature, fan unlocking sounds very interesting.
 
Right now i have the bios 70.24.21.00.60, can you tell me at least if 70.24.2E.00.3C is a more recent version or a downgrade? Thank you!

Sounds like you may need to reapply the thermal paste on your gpu. 70.24.2E.00.3C appears to be a more recent version. Best thing to do would be to contact evga tech support to see if they have a vbios available that unlocks the fan all the way. http://www.evga.com/about/contactus/
