I guess nobody knows yet. Based on the current trend of delays on new electronics shipping in from China, I'd guess late August or probably more likely... mid-to-late September. I'm hoping for early August though!

Can confirm. This was said. However, originally, the Newegg listing was August 25th. August 25th is before the end of August, so EVGA could still ship all the DG-8s then. Either way, something tells me it won't be early August. Big launches always have hiccups and that's just how it is.

As Long as its not into Mid/Late September I am ok with this. They did originally say during the pre-order they would ship sometime in August not specifically what part of September. I got a big weekend planned with my new DG-87 case outside putting it all together, new sleeved cables, new fans, new PSU (superNOVA 1000 T2), maybe some engraving to continue my theme if my wallet allows. I CAN NOT WAIT SUPER EXCITED!

I definitely feel ya i m up to about 3500 on my build with the custom hard line cooling i have planned but i would like to order all the parts for the cooling but until i see how much clearance from the top to the motherboard so i know the thickness of the radiator i can get, as of now i am planning EK 420 but its also 40 mm thick so you add 25 for fans that's 65 mm which i think will fit but going to be extremely close. The other thing tha'ts my saving grace is their refusal to talk anything about the 1080 Hydro Copper and when its coming which is a huge part of my build. I can get a ref card with a EK block/backplate but kinda kills my "EVGA" themed build :(

i too am going for as much EVGA theme as possible. though i personally can not wait for their customizable cooling solution that they showed in this case at CES this year. https://youtu.be/eOW_dmta_o4?t=2m55s though right now i can not afford to get a second much less a 3rd GPU but if this solution is simple and good enough i do plan on going this route.

Is there going to be a 1080ti officially? I've been hearing that there wont due to the fact that the new titan has been announced already. As far as the case and shipping goes... I literally have $2000 worth of hardware sitting in a closet waiting for the DG-87 to arrive, so yeah I'm definitely eager for them to hurry the truck up!

All fairness looking at the gap between benchmarks its looking like their is to a possibility for one to be made but lets hope it take the 700 spot since i am not planning to spend 900 on a ti haha

Lol I have about $1000 and most of them are for water cooling, modded cables, LED strips with magnets. Still waiting on my MSI GTX 1080 Seahawk to come in though. Just decided to stick with my old PSU, CPU and motherboard.

Where did anyone say the shipments would be delayed? When the pre-order went live, shipping was announced for August and Jacob stated shipments for pre-orders will commence in 1 to 2 weeks so I suspect you better be ready!! I still cannot get this X99 FTW K going so I hope I have all that resolved by the time I receive mine

I just got a phone call because my shipping address was different from my mailing address, and they wanted to make sure I did that on purpose. It's charging today, and shipping out tomorrow.

When did you preorder yours? I did on the 13th of June and no charge of anything as of yet. Maybe they'll fulfill the people that ordered a few days earlier.

+1 Here, just got an email from UPS (Nothing yet from EVGA side) saying a large package is coming due monday from EVGA, so has to be the chassis. Side note I preordered the second it went up (or within 2 hours max).
