So how does the gaming event work? I played 2 hours before linking my Steam ID to my account so do those hours still count? Also is there anything that's going to be done about afkers in game lobbies? In CSGO lobbies all they do is spinbot or hide in corners.

Take picture about them doing, get Steamid (console: status) and email them to EGC@EVGA.com To be eligible for prizes: Link your acc to that "competition", join Evga server: evgagaming.com, play and have fun. Thats all you need to do.

Yes, he did. He sent Rob and Brandon all related emails and didnt even get an answer. Three times. He doesnt have any hope to receive it anymore of course but what bothers us is not knowing what happened. It's too frustrating winning a prize and not receiving it knowing how hard it is and being left in the dark just makes it worse. Ok, I'll tell him to send an email to Chris. Thanks.

Not sure how people can make it more clear than that. They may announce the winners before August 12th but no later than the 12th. In the past it always seems to fall on the last day they specify, meaning the 12th.

The scavenger hunt was retarded. I clicked through over 200 pages on EVGA and only managed to get 5 of them I got tired of giving them free adsense money. Worst way to run a competition ever.

Considering many many many people found them I don't see the issue. They've also been doing this for years so its nothing new. Typical, people get all bent out of shape over an OPTIONAL event for FREE (and great) prizes. Boohoo your life is so difficult.
