im not reading through 19 pages of posts, but I was reminded of this thread when registered new card. What does aff code do?(yes i know i can click around on website to probably find long version, about all i learned was I couldnt use my own aff code when i did registration)

Details are here : http://www.evga.com/rewards/Essentially when someone else registers with your code, you get 2 EVGA bucks and an entry in a monthly drawing for a power supply. So you still need to register? cause I need someone else's code to use. Mine is in my signature.

no i always register off the bat. but good to know what actually does, since bucks dont apply to step up ill be hoarding for something easy now *i doubt i can "re register" but if thats possible first person to tell me how go for it.

Have 1 1080 FTW still unregistered, doesn't appear the DG-87 has a serial code to register? If I just missed it, I have 2 items then. let me know if you want to swap atleast the first :)

@thanatos2k sorry did you use my code or another? Haven't seen an email yet from the system which is why I'm asking. Did a once over on the DG-87 and can't seem to find a serial number anywhere on it, so not sure if its register able or not. So I for sure have the 1080 FTW, and going to ping EVGA on the case to see.

Yeah had just got them registered then when I posted, I got the confirmation emails for both the reg and the invoice part. I clicked the link in your sig and put in the serials on the resulting page. Does the http://www.evga.com/evgabucks/ page show the same bucks you used to have? Or maybe there's an approval delay, idk.

Ahh, that thing came out of the box so fast I didn't even give it a second look.
@thanatos2k Ill get the 1080 registered here in a bit, and then go check the external box (Already put it in storage), should be seeing 2 coming your way pretty quick (next 20mins or so).
