Used SR-2 purchase - help needed.

Hi SR-2 people.
Firstly let me introduce myself: my name is Nik and I'm from Russia where the bears live :) I'm new to SR-2 so please forgive me for my dummy questions.
 
I'm looking to purchase a used SR-2 motherboard on a local market, just wondering what should I pay attention for? Any tips and tricks? Are there any specific tests should be performed on this MB?

    With this motherboard in particular is it important to make sure neither of the two CPU sockets have any bent pins, and if possible you will want to try to connect it to power to verify that the ram slots detect properly and the fan on the lower portion of the board is working as well.

    I have an offer for SR-2 with 2x5690/48Gb RAM and Koolance water cooling system installed, I guess it will be tricky to check CPU sockets for bent pins. So I take it if MB powers up, POSTs and there are no visible flames and smoke signs - everything should be fine with it?
