I mean, i would think New Horizon would be appropriate for a new way to go.. as opposed to a New Dawn, which you might have easily called it.

I still wish we could get some more in depth pics of the case. I've found only 2 places where they talk about the case at Computex. One source said they forgot to check it out, and the other used the same basic pics we got from CES. hopefully someone will get some good pics. I did see EVGA add a couple more cool products to the show over CES, but not much more about the products shown at CES like the keyboard...

I recommended Atlus. Considering that amount of hardware this case would be hold, I thought it was pretty befitting. Sadly, I think Bitfenix has a trademark on Atlas so the u had to stand in for the a.

EVGA Dg-87. Maybe the EVGA Dawn plate will be a customizable feature, where we could get it engraved to show what we want. Obviously that is unlikely and they will all have Dawn. As for those that cried about the home hear for the gpu with internal VR header, evga built the header directly into the case, so you still don't get the 5.25" Bay, but the argument for the VR gpu is now null and void. Priced between $180 and $230 according to Kyle.

DG ? Dawn Gaming? does that really beat "Gaming" ? Could have had a really nice name... looks like were headed back to the SR-22 days with DG-87, and SC-17...(if SC-17 is correct). Next will be IG-88, then we will get the new EVGA tool.. ID-10t. Still not enough info to convince me to wait to purchase it..IF it gets released.

Putting an hdmi port on the front, was absolutely the right thing to do. Still wish they were able to put an optical bay in there somewhere, for us video, and Sound junkies.

I do like that they included the home port. I think a 5.25" optical Bay in the back would be nice. Especially if it could be hid behind the cable shroud or near the base.

If EVGA Could give us some real info.
Committing to something and showing specs, is the best way to capture attention.. people see that..yes, its coming, now i can wait.
Instead of showing it off a couple times, with no commitment.. you got people thinking they would get it.. but EVGA is not giving us anything to work with... i will go with case B.

This is definitely one of those designs that grows on you.
Also, that pricing is very tempting. I hope EVGA does a comprehensive video detailing all of the features and options.

Like the case but if no support for optical storage, at least 1-2 bay then not for me. Will stick with my Kandalf LCS.

Ok EVGA... I like to think my constant ranting about this case got you to get things rolling.
Still on the fence about this case..and the Phanteks Evolve ATX Glass... but at least now i have something i can work with.
Couple questions maybe someone at EVGA may be able to help with ???
The DG-87, will it have RGB lighting ? nothing was mentioned in the ad on the main page.
Will the fan profile led's on the front panel be able to change color ? I.E. RGB ?
Are there feet on the case ? rubber ?
Hardware that comes with the case... Box of standoffs.. and ???
Thanks for bringing this out, and letting everybody know your serious about this case !!
Hopefully this is just a start, and we will see much more gear from EVGA in the near future.
I hope if i decide to go with the case, i can get in on this preorder. I work 2 full time jobs... 4:30 a.m. till 9:00 P.M.
Dont know if i would be able to get on a preorder....
If i have to work.. and God knows i will.. is there anyone that might be able to help me out with this ? If i decide to get it ?
