The Ultra System requirements says 6 GB VRAM but yet the Fury X has only 4GB, not sure what to make of that? I know its HBM but it's not 6GB, Nvidia are slacking? If Remedy Entertainment can use 4GB HBM vram for ultra what is the need for anything over 4GB HBM?, something is odd about that or nvidia are behind with their old technology? If someone pre-ordered it for Xbox then why would they use the PC version?

Because the PC version will have DX12 dedicated effects not in the Xbox version

Still doesn't make sense to me Why give someone the PC version for pre-ordering the console version? I jsut don't see why a person that's getting it on console would care about the PC version of it If they had a PC that could play it then wouldn't they just pre-order the PC version in the first place

I'll admit that it is an odd quirky marketing move but I assume it's some type of marketing to help boost sales.

Only benefit to taking advantage of receiving the free copy of windows 10 version is if you own the console and own a PC. In which case we can then call you a microsoft guy right?

and MrImSoGoodwouldn't they just pre-order the PC version in the first place. In the UK you can pre-order the Xbox One digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox store for £44.99 and you get Alan Wake (Xbox One backward compatible) plus the two expansions and Alan Wake's American nightmare (console only) plus a FREE digital copy of Quantum Break Windows 10 64-bit. You can also get all this in a retail bundle deal with the Xbox One console. As things stand right now in the UK Xbox store you can't pre-order the digital PC version because there isn't one available yet, I presume there will be a Windows 10 (64-bit only) digital download PC version either on the 5th of April or sometime shortly afterwards?, there is no digital PC version on the Xbox Store to buy, there is no mention of a retail version, there is only the option to acquire a digital code for the Windows 10 version through the Xbox One digital or retail bundles. If? and when? there is a digital Windows 10 PC version available separately to purchase on the Xbox Store you can bet your last quid or dollar that you won't get any freebies and I bet it will cost about the same price as the Xbox One version maybe £4.99 less?

ryu4000 Wow guess i be playing xbone version as in renting it not buying this one only going be on windows 10 store only so no sli support http://www.dsogaming.com/...sive-to-windows-store/
Not being on steam or any other game client doesn't bother me at all really, Microsoft is the publisher and Remedy Entertainment is the game developer, it's like turn ten studios collaboration with Microsoft or naughty dog and Sony Entertainment. I can understand the lack of multi GPU support and game stats overlay software not working, and the tomb raider exclusive full screen not working but NVIDIA's own article and performance graphs clearly showed that multi GPU configurations even with titan x's were a waste of money and time, £800 for an extra 8 fps. In that article you linked to it mentions the game requires a top-of-the-line PC system but you have to take into account that minimum-recommended and ultra are guidelines only, the fact that a gamer would really need multi GPU configurations to play the game smoothly at Ultra settings is yet to be seen, the screen resolutions and Ultra settings are never mentioned in any games, although at 1440p and 2160p might tax the very high end GPU's but like I said that has yet to be confirmed. I'm going to buy the game for sure, I am really interested and keen to see how my system gets on at recommended with 8GB of RAM I buy the game first and see how things go or what I can tweak for performance and decent graphics, if I really like the game then I might invest in faster hardware, I did this with the rise of the tomb raider but I like the graphics and I was able to crank it to the max and it looked great but suffered sever stuttering often but I lost interest in the game half way through, so I am glad I never spent my money in very high end hardware.

Sold exclusive through Microsoft's store, no thanks. We've been through this nonsense before with Microsoft trying to compete with digital stores only to shut them down fairly quickly.
