Hello guys! are there any news or plans about EVGA's new X99 motherboards? As we know, there are Broadwell-E proccesors around the corner (February/March), maybe its good time? MAYBE - X99 Kingpin Edition? :D
I winder beacuse I wanna skip to X99 with EVGA's motherboard :)

There has never been a K|ngp|n edition motherboard, but Jacob did say he didn't want to leave us in the Dark (which there has been a dark on the x79 series).
There is a few shows coming up in the near future, so you have to wait a few more weeks before we know anything. Currently, it would all be under NDA terms and they won't say anything.

Any news from CES?
I have been waiting for over 2 months for some kind of word myself. Rumor was it would be CES 2016 but that never happened. So join the waiting Club. That motherboard is one of the main issues for my New build to be delayed.

I have been waiting a few months as well for the x99 Dark. I have the ram and 5930k ready for a mobo. I might be skipping this round of EVGA mobos and going to the MSI x99 Carbon if it comes out first. Jacob did say more news around CES 2016 time on twitter and that was a let down this week. I new Z170 mobo....but no x99 mobo news.
My guess, they wont talk about the x99 Dark now till Computex 2016 in June.

New EVGA X99 motherboard is under developing atm :( i think it will be released at the same time as Broadwell-E processors

What? EVGA plan to launch new X99 motherboard? X99 Dark maybe or ...?  It's bad because best motherboards with X chipset show up much later for second generation. EVGA only need to fix little problems and add some new functions ... They didn't fail this time. For Z170 line I didn't fallow, but X99 look solid.

Hoping for dual M.2 slots on the board, and instead of 13,049,234 SATA ports; how about 4-6 SATA ports and 1-2 U.2 ports. 3x PCIe slots @ full 16x bandwidth.

Z170 Classified K have nice layout with useful small PCI-E slots. If someone want PCI-E x4 SSD don't need to use big slot, dedicate Sound Card small PCI-E x1, again big slots are free. I think that best X99 motherboards will show up in next months because Broadwell-EP will fit in same chipset.

Xray ...do you plan to replace AIR Cooler on your X99 platform during 2016 with this....  Only that part will improve visual look of your PC and ambient temps better than anything. Best confIGurations are with clear area around CPU... I had 2 AIO Hydro with 120mm radiators in past and they are enough for all normal overclocking, don't need to be necessary 240mm. Example Haswell-EP up to 4.2GHz they could cooldown without problems.
