Screen Dimming

Hey guys,
 
I'm having a issue with my screen dimming when ever i watch a video, predominately noted when i'm watching a video in 1080p{such as youtube,etc,etc) , also it happens on some certain web pages. , so i'm asking maybe you guys know of solution to this problem?
 
I'm using a Evga Geforce GTX 970 FTW+
(If any other sys specs are needed let me know)

    It's usually monitor feature that does this, not the card. Your monitor offers several different "Splendid" modes that could cause the light to dim or brighten based on the input. Try setting it to the sRGB mode, turning off the "Eco" mode in the system settings, disable "ASCR" in the image menu, or turn off "trace free".

    Also, try services.msc, look for Adaptive brightness. Double click it, click stop, disable, apply, ok. reboot.

    start button>accesories>run
    type services.msc
    look for Adaptive Brightness
    stop the service, in the dropdown click on disabled, click apply, ok, and reboot.
