Hello all, as many here have asked, I thought I would address a common question regarding ACX 2.0 fan behavior.

It is common and perfectly normal for the fans to twitch slightly when the card is below the temp threshold that initializes the fans.  So if you are doing something in windows that has little to no load on the graphics card, you see temps in the 20s-50s and you notice the fans seem to twitch slightly at random intervals, this is just part of the function and nothing to be concerned about.

Will this affect a blower style fan?
I changed out my ACX cooler for a blower so I could go hybrid, is it OK for that fan to sit idle and twitch?
