Hi Guys,
 
So this is my first time ever that i  have done a RMA process. i just want to know how long it usually takes because my GPU arrived at Germany for RMA and they did sign for it yesterday but on the EVGA Website  it still says pending delivery but it was sign and delivered yesterday.I just want to get back to gaming as my replacement gpu (550Ti) sucks compared to my beast of a gpu

    When EVGA get package they will send for 7-10 working days.

    Hi Vlada011 i thought once they receive the gpu its 1-3 working days and i will have a new one(by new I mean a RMA card)? so i must wait two more weeks before having a new one

    It usually takes about 3 days after they receive it to fully process everything, and then a couple of days for shipping to return the RMA replacement.

    Check your rma status for the most up to date information or contact support. This forum is user based, so we can only give estimates until an EVGA tech pops in and takes a look. Support can see things instantly.

    thanks a lot but that is one of the reasons i posted on the forums as they have not update my RMA details and the card has been with them for 24hours already and it still says pending.I would be at ease if i knew that they are busy with the card

    They update the status as they can. They may not have had the chance to process your card yet. Give them time.

    Because you need to look at your products page. The RMA may be considered closed once the new card is shipped, so it may show your new card in your products.

    Guys my card is in customs is it possible to get a warranty replacement letter that states it  was replaced under warranty

    sorry i don't understand i was told to get a letter stating its warranty replacement as it shows this gpu is still under warranty.this is the first thing i have ever sent for replacement i am just asking what they asked me else i am going to have to pay $400 for the replacement.

    as the shipment was sent from Germany to South Africa - every country do have their own import rules, which has nothing to do with the shipment or any missing documents - we contacted you already through our Support Email Address, please response back to our reply.
