I notice that you have GeForce Experience and all of the 3D drivers installed. GeForce Experience can cause issues. You should learn how to set your own in-game settings for best performance and not rely on GeForce Experience to do this for you. Unless you have special 3D glasses and need the 3D drivers they don't need to be installed. Try this: download the drivers you want to use. Start the install process but instead of using Express(recommended) option select Custom(Advanced) install method. Uncheck all boxes except for your Graphics driver, HD audio driver and PhysX. Then place a checkmark in the box to 'Perform a Clean Install'. Make sure that PrecisionX or MSI Afterburner is off when installing the new drivers. After the install completes remember to reboot your PC. After reboot, open the nVidia Control Panel and in Manage 3D settings / Global tab set it to 'Single Display' unless you are using multiple displays. Then open the Programs tab and set each game's Power Management setting to 'Prefer Maximum Performance'. No need to use DDU or anything similar.

Have you tried testing your RAM? Download Memtest86 and burn it to ISO then boot from the CD and let it run overnight. http://www.memtest.org/

I agree with most of the steps Zuhl gave above;
Except:
I would uninstall PrecisionX or Afterburner - first
Only install Graphics & PhysX (skip audio, for now, see note below)
Better to run DDU to clean up your registry from previous Nvidia drivers
After download & scan of drivers -- go OFF-line -- disable ALL background software: onedrive, security, everything
Install Graphic & PhysX only --- reboot
Make sure you security software is running -- then go back online
(why you do not install the audio at first if ever)
If you are running Audio drivers from your MB or an add on sound card and you enable the Nvidia audio drivers--- major headaches can ensue. ---- conflict city
Reload PrecisionX or Afterburner if you want - follow the same steps for installing drivers

That's where I spent twenty minutes spamming my LMB. I didn't care if I got 50 posts in a row I was sick and tired of it. I decided to say "I can't post here" and it posted. After that I editted the post and pasted my original response in and it finally posted.

I'm starting to wonder if I had problems because I accidentally hit the Alt key and placed a hidden character that was kicking out my post. I had the exact same issue you're having now but it was a while ago. IDK what I did right this time but it started out as a fiasco. PM your response to me and I'll try to paste it in here for you.

Long as they know to "right click" the image and select "view image" they can open it Sajin message reads "What other error codes have you received? 0xD1 is related to the CPU/RAM. Have you tried to simply reset your BIOS to default settings?"

Update
So it appears that it was the interaction of my cpu with my Mobo That causes it to auto OC
And since my cpu is pretty old it cannot handle it. The stress tests gives stable load to the cpu.
But ingame it doesn't and the cpu cant handle that shift and resulted in a shutdown.
In the end I will just buy a new mobo cpu and ram combo.
Any suggestions?
