Why you choose GSkill 2133, 2800MHz is only around 30$ more.
I'm against expensive kits without reason but this is not expensive.

    http://www.amazon.com/G-S...ords=gskill+2800+4x4GB

This kit is at the moment best choice, price/performance/size.
Off course most of people really don't need 32GB but that could change in future.
Now no reason to avoiding 32GB except if money is problem.

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231824

When I bought 16GB memory was much expensive.
But I think price will not go down any more, maybe even memory could go up for 20%.

Mushkin Black cost only 170$ 32GB Quad 2400MHz...

    http://www.newegg.com/Pro..._-20-226-746-_-Product

EVGA should test them on X99 Micro 2, maybe they work nice and could be good choice if someone don't have 200-300$ for memory.

That's good kit for nice price.
This CORSAIR LPX 4x4GB kit is QVL for X99 Deluxe but it's little slower and work on lower voltage. You decide...

That works. I link the ones that have the heat sink fins on top, but the one you picked should be fine.

    I use MX-4 or NT-H1.
Maybe is MX-4 little better and good for CPU and graphic cards.

    I don't understand... you have Rampage 4 Formula and i7-3820 and GTX770.
I think GTX980Ti will be better upgrade for you than X99.
You have Quad Channel, difference in memories are not so big...
You even could use M.2 adapter for some faster M.2 and later to upgrade platform.
But if you decide to upgrade now platform than X99 is excellent move.

Curious.  What are your ambient temperature at these ranges?  Very relevant information.
