Hi,

Can anyone help with some instructions on how to enable Intel RST on the Micro 2 x99 motherboard?
I'm pretty sure I've followed the official instructions of enabling the M.2 port in BIOS, and also have tried maximum compatibility setting S3/S4. Yet my Transcend M.2 drive will neither show up in BIOS nor in Windows.

I'm hoping I don't have to send the board back to the retailer. On my old non-EVGA x79 platform, I'm used to an Intel RST Option ROM interface being available during start up.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,
Ben.

Update from me (thanks to the great live chat feature!), turns out my M.2 drive only supports SATA interface and this board requires PCIe. Time for a new M.2 card.

    Thanks,
    Ben.
